1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Wolf Fortune (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Wolf Fortune ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Wolf Fortune is a free-to-play match-3 survival puzzle game set in a wolf wilderness theme. The App is provided as a free entertainment product and does not involve real money gambling, wagering, or any form of monetary transactions. All in-game rewards, coins, items, and virtual currency are entirely fictional and hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App
- Not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
- Not use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our servers or networks
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
- Not use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or scrapers, to access or interact with the App
- Not exploit any bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the App for unfair advantage
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, animations, game mechanics, software code, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Wolf Fortune or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
6. Virtual Items
The App may include virtual currency, items, rewards, or other digital content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in any Virtual Items.
7. Push Notifications
The App may request permission to send push notifications to your device. You may opt in or opt out of receiving notifications at any time through your device settings. Notifications may include game updates, events, and other relevant information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wolf Fortune and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
